WHAT GOES INTO PRICING MY PROPERTY?
Our aim is to offer pricing that is straightforward, clear, and economical. We have fixed rates for lawn mowing services based on the square footage of the lawn. While there are various factors that can affect the price, these are the general criteria we use. The prices quoted are for each mowing service and are applicable to a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) schedule.
Factors Affecting the Price The price for lawn mowing may vary depending on the following:
Shape: A flat rectangular lawn can be mowed faster compared to an oddly shaped lawn with hills, flowerbeds, and obstructions scattered throughout.
Access: Small gates leading to backyards may prevent the use of larger mowing equipment, thereby increasing the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced. Additionally, long driveways or limited parking space for our truck and trailer setup can also increase the service time. If the lawn is located close to where the trailer parks, the cost will be less.
Frequency of Service: Weekly services are the best way to save money on each cut. If the intervals between service are longer, it causes an increase due to more time on site and maintenance costs for equipment.
